Refund Policy
Due to the nature of services, retainers are non‑refundable once a sprint has begun. Prepaid unused months may be refunded on request within 14 days.
- Discovery deliverables are refundable if not delivered within agreed timeline.
- Media budgets paid to platforms (Meta/Google/etc.) are non‑refundable.
- Billing disputes must be raised within 7 days.
